walking countries

We walked to Germany today.

Sounds good, doesn't it - always wanted to walk across to another country. So, we took a bus, to a parc on the border of france. The border between France and Germany run through the middle of the water of the Rhine river. So, there is a bridge that we can walk across - and reach the german side. The parks are beautiful on both sides. We walked across and took our picnic to Germany, we chilled and had our food - it rained. Soon, we had to take shelter into a German wier-side cafe, with some choice art on the walls (good peachy stuff! ;-) ) and warm ourselves with huge big bowls of chocolate chaud/Milkchshocoladd.

As we walked back to the French side, the sun broke throught the clouds and it was gorgeous. We sat and sunned for a while.

We went to see Anindya - He was sitting up!! and eating a roast chicken!!! :-) I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT _ IT WAS SO GOOD!
